Indication:

Azotemic form of chronic kidney disease (2nd stage and up to 4th stage according to IRIS (International Society for the Study of Kidney Diseases));
Chronic kidney disease with proteinuria (stage 1-4 according to IRIS (International Society for the Study of Kidney Diseases)).

Contraindications: Growth, pregnancy/lactation.
