No-bake Napoleon
1
The Napoleon No-Bake Cake is a modern interpretation of the classic dessert, combining all the tenderness and luxury of the traditional Napoleon, but without the complicated process of making dough. Instead of baked layers, ready-made crispy biscuits are used, which are perfectly soaked in cream and form the same familiar layers of tenderness and aroma.
This dessert will be a real find for those who appreciate the taste of homemade cake but don't want to spend hours at the oven. Light, airy cream, soaked biscuits and vanilla tenderness — that's what makes ‘No-Bake Napoleon’ a favourite treat for the whole family.
Variations
Instead of classic vanilla cream, try making a version with cocoa or coffee for a richer flavour.
Add thin slices of banana or strawberry between the layers for freshness.
Decorate the top of the cake with caramelised nuts or coconut flakes.
Secrets of tenderness and taste
Leave the cake in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight so that the layers are well saturated with cream.
Use chilled cream — this will help you achieve the perfect cream texture.
It is better to choose cookies that are not too sweet to balance the taste of the dessert.
Tips on ingredients
Crackers, Maria biscuits, Petit Beurre or similar biscuits are suitable for the base.
For the cream, use good quality butter or heavy cream (at least 30%).
Add a little vanilla extract or lemon zest to give the dessert flavour.
