Kefir thermostatic 1% is produced by thermostatic method. After pasteurization, a starter is added to the milk, after which an automated filling process into consumer containers takes place. Then the product is sent to a thermostatic chamber, where at the temperature of the starter operation with an exposure of up to 12 hours, the fermentation process takes place. The formation of a clot occurs directly in the container that you see in the store. The milk fat content is 1%.
