They then shape it into round loaves, with a rye flour topping creating characteristic folds on the surface of the dough. Afterward, the bread is left to rise and baked. Thanks to the inclusion of natural dried wheat sourdough, sweet whey, and milk, the bread turns out crispy, with a golden crust and a fragrant, soft crumb.
