The journey was long and full of challenges, but thanks to their dedication, the farmers of Vipiteno were able to establish the Vipiteno Dairy Cooperative. This gave birth to the idea of creating a market based on products derived from our white gold: milk. Over the years, the products, employees, and techniques have changed, but the core idea has always remained the same: through teamwork, it is possible to achieve goals that would otherwise be impossible for an individual.
