Preparation steps

Prepare the vegetables — boil the potatoes and carrots until fully cooked, cool, and grate on a coarse grater. Time: 20 min.

Prepare the eggs — boil the eggs hard, cool, peel, and grate the whites and yolks separately. Time: 10 min.

Prepare the salmon — drain the liquid from the can, mash the salmon with a fork. Time: 5 min.

Assemble the salad — layer in the following order: potatoes, carrots, salmon, onion, eggs, spreading mayonnaise between each layer. Finish with a layer of yolks. Time: 15 min.
