Preparation steps

Cut a hake filet onto small cubes and divide them in 2 parts. First part is to be stewed with sunflower oil, finely chopped onion and grated carrot.

Put some water into another pot, adding chopped potato, parsley and the second part of the fish. Let it boil for 20 minutes.

Slightly fry some flour in butter in a pan. Add one glass of broth into the mixture.

Put stewed hake with carrot and onion into a pot with fish and potato, adding fried flour and sour cream. Boil it for 20 more minutes.Soup is to be served hot. Bon appetit!
